Reversing Disease with Titanium Weight Loss Guide

When it comes to nutrition, I prefer to keep things simple and easy to understand, but even more importantly, easy to maintain FOR LIFE. What good is a diet plan I ask you, if it only helps you in the short term, where you fail in the long term? As important as this concept may be, most people pay very little attention to it, and focus intensely on the short term results, and forget to question the long term results. For example, people start popular diet programs, and focus on the catchy phrases such as join our program and lose 10 pounds in one week or lose 50 pounds by eating our meals for 6 months.

Most of these programs offer achievable goals that absolutely work in the short term, but almost always fail in the long term. Why? Simply because these diets are designed to appeal to the masses with catchy phrases and brilliant advertising methods offering “easy” and “quick” results. They are designed to be catchy and help you lose weight in the short term, but not designed to maintain weight in the long term.

By the time you realize you have failed, you have already spent a bunch of money buying their products, and paying them to help you lose weight, and you are out of your “money back guarantee” grace period, and it’s simply just too bad. At that point, you blame yourself for gaining weight, feel like a failure, and go back and sign up for another round of the same program, or join another program that worked for your friend.

Fad diet plans work in the short term, but fail in the long term, because of the following reasons:

  • They are designed for you to achieve quick results in the short term only
  • They are not sustainable for life
  • They teach you very little about nutrition; rather they focus on selling their pre-packaged products
  • They don’t address the psychology of weight loss. For example, they do not focus on the “why” of weight loss.
  • They don’t help you with maintaining your weight for life
  • They are usually unhealthy, so they help you lose weight at the expense of eating unhealthy

So what if there was a program that helped you lose fat, gain muscle, gain energy, look great, and was even SUSTAINABLE FOR LIFE? What if I told you, there is no pre-packaged meals to buy, gimmicks to make you spend money, and you will never need another weight loss program to help you lose weight for the rest of your life? Excited? You should be! I’m even going to go one step further… the desire to lose weight to achieve certain aesthetic results is just the tip of the iceberg. What you don’t realize as you lose weight, if done in a healthy manner, you are reversing Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, fatty liver disease, and cholesterol.  For those of you who don’t have these diseases yet, how about if I told you there is a way to prevent disease and decrease inflammation in your body as you follow this plan?

Good…now that I have your attention, let me tell you this is the plan I followed to compete in a fitness show as a bikini competitor.  It allowed me to lose weight, gain muscle, look better than when I was 20 years old, and place top 5 in my fitness show.  This is the plan I teach my patients in my weight loss clinic to lose weight and reverse disease such as diabetes.
