Day 5 is the second of the four review days I’ve built into the Titanium challenge. These days are packed with a lot of information, and I designed these days to help you digest and apply it all.
Today’s review day is all about resilience.
Why the Best Day to Start the Titanium Challenge is Wednesday
I designed the Titanium challenge to begin on a Wednesday. I did this so the four review days would fall on Saturday and Sunday. Most people are off from work on the weekends. It’s a perfect time to focus on the daily mini challenges that make up the Titanium challenge.
These days off are designed for you to audit your progress and get back on track with the challenges on which you’ve been slacking. Don’t get discouraged if you aren’t on point with the eight challenges from the first three days. Resilience is the key at this stage of the challenge.

These review days are also meant to turn your weekends into a time of productivity. You don’t want to stop the momentum you’ve built towards consistent growth. So many people who are unfulfilled in life use their days off to ” escape ” from their lives.
Think of the vibe on your social media feeds on Friday afternoons compared to Monday mornings.
It’s okay to relax on your days off, but don’t just veg out in front of the television all day. Keep doing the things that contribute to your consistent growth, just do less of it. A little progress is always better than no progress.
Today’s Challenge: Incorporate Resilience
Are there any challenges from days 1, 2 or 3 that you have failed to keep? If so, then your challenge is simple. Get back on the horse and make those challenges today’s priority.
Failure is inevitable, especially when trying something new. What matters is not that you fail, but rather your reaction to this failure. We all slip on our path to happiness and fulfillment, but how fast can you get back on track?
