How To Lose Weight – Hint: It Has Nothing To Do With Cardio
This is one of the main beliefs in the Titanium Success Plan. Some people will drop off the program right away because we’ve always been told that cardio is the key to lose weight. But is it really the truth? Let’s look at some of the excuses we use all of the time.
I’ll Just Burn It Off
Maybe you’ve had a large meal and you think to yourself “Well, I’ll just burn it off”. Do you know how much time you’d have to spend doing intense cardio in order to burn off this meal? Sometimes it’s up to 5 ½ hours.
I Worked Out Last Night, I Can Eat Whatever I Want. It Cancels Out
The problem isn’t with working out, when you’re trying to lose weight. The problem is what you are putting into your body. You cannot spend time at the gym and then put the same crap back into your body that you have been and expect to lose weight!
I Didn’t Eat Anything At All Today, I Can Splurge
This often times leads you to overindulge, consume large amounts of sweets or dessert while also eating later in the evening which will signal your body to store most of the food as fat. Since you are not burning it off right away, your body just stores it.
How Do You Lose Weight?

- Which foods you need to limit (these are usually the foods you really like, but just have to limit them)

- Which foods are super foods that you really need to stock up on because your body works best on them.
What Kind Of Exercises Should You Do To Lose Weight?
I like to say “You size your body in the kitchen. You shape your body in the gym,”
If you want to build muscle and lose some fat, the secret is to do 25 minutes of high impact, intense gym work every day. If you want to lose weight, the best way is to join a gym, and lift weights for 25 minutes whilling following my diet plan. I have an activity calendar that will teach you everything you need to know about maximum results and what you need to do to achieve them.
Remember, just doing a round of cardio does not erase the poor food choices that you are feeding your body. You have to take initiative and start putting healthy foods into your body. This healthy fuel will actually help you burn fat while you’re sitting down working, even when you’re sleeping! The key is to getting those foods into your body and eliminating the foods that are bringing your body down and sabotaging your weight loss efforts.
